Erik Buell was an engineer of HD and ever wished to create a sportbike made in USA. He has made your dream come true and in the 80's, he created the Buell Motorcycles Company. HD has purchased his company and after 11 years in the command, decided to close the doors of Buell. The reason was the low sales and the crisis of the past year. Erik Buell is a man with an ideal and don't left this back, actually he still producing racing bikes only for the tracks but in a close future wants to produce street bikes again.
